Before you call
The questions that come up.
Do you take trades against a new car?
Yes, including cars we did not sell. With nine marques in the building, a trade is frequently retailed here rather than wholesaled, which is usually the difference in what it is worth to you.
Can you find a car you do not have?
That is most of the work. Allocation cars, specific build combinations and the classics market all run through the same team, and the car finder exists because the right car is rarely the one standing on the floor.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, factory-trained for the marques we represent, in our own facility. Service runs Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm, which is earlier than the showroom, because a car dropped before work should be moving before nine.
Do you sell outside Connecticut?
Regularly. Greenwich is twenty-five minutes from Westchester and inside an hour of Manhattan, and transport for a bought car is arranged as a matter of course.
